Absolutely the best. Marcos has cleaned our wood floors, carpet, and rugs on multiple occasions. He does an outstanding job. Takes pride in his work and really goes above and beyond. He’s always on time, very efficient, personable and shows up prepared and ready to go! He’s brought my wood floors back to life after we had a cleaning lady ruin them with the wrong products. He does everything in his power to make sure he leaves with the customer being satisfied. He has never disappointed. We have used him for at least 5 years. Customer for life!

We have 3 dogs so our living room carpet wasn’t the nicest. I was honestly surprised how beautiful our carpet looked when it was done!! I also had a couch in the way because it was hard to find a place for it and let them know they could just clean around it, that it was no big deal. He took it upon himself to move it to clean under it and even put it back in the original spot I had moved it from. He definitely didn’t have to but was much appreciated. Very reasonable price, great work ethic and awesome job!! I’m definitely happy, I don’t even want to step on the carpet. In a few months we will hire Lone Star Steam again because my dogs will inevitably and sadly dirty out carpet again.
